INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
Life can be uncertain and challenging, but we can take control of how we respond to each event in our lives. With individual sessions, you’ll set personal goals and focus on your power of acceptance and change. You will gain skills to live your best life, even if it is not exactly the life you want.
GROUP SESSIONS
This service is a favorite, as group sessions provide validation, support and a unique learning opportunity. Group sessions will teach the skills and techniques to achieve a balanced and fulfilling life. Each DBT skill is covered to improve interpersonal relationships, distress tolerance, mindfulness and emotion regulation.
DBT Skills Group: Thurs 5pm
Parenting Skills/Support Group: Thurs 12 pm
Weekend Retreat Groups: As Scheduled
